Blink Site Care is operated by Blinkoncemore, LLC, a Texas limited liability company.
Agreement
By engaging Blink Site Care (a service of Blinkoncemore, LLC, a Texas limited liability company) for any plan or service, you agree to these terms. These terms apply to all plans and purchases: management-only, hosting + management, site edit plans, one-time edit packs, and any custom arrangements.
Services
We provide WordPress management, managed hosting, site edit plans, and related services as described on the Plans and Services pages. The specific services included depend on the plan you select. Plan features and pricing are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
Payment
Plans are billed monthly in advance. Payment is due at the start of each billing cycle. Failure to pay may result in service suspension. We reserve the right to update pricing with 30 days' notice.
Content Edits
Content edit credits included in a subscription plan roll forward while the subscription is active. Each issued credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Any banked credits are forfeited upon cancellation of the subscription. Credits purchased in a one-time edit pack are valid for the window stated for that pack at purchase and expire at the end of that window.
On unlimited plans, unlimited coverage applies to Quick Edits and Standard Edits only and replaces monthly credits. Requests are handled one at a time in queue order, with each request following the plan's stated turnaround.
Edits are scoped as described on the Plans page. Work beyond routine edits is billed at the flat rates listed on the Plans page where applicable (such as Page Refreshes and New Page Builds), while larger builds, redesigns, and custom development are quoted separately before any work begins. We will not perform out-of-scope work without your explicit approval and a separate agreement.
Your Site and Data
Your website content, files, and data belong to you at all times. If you cancel your service, we will provide a full export of your site upon request. We do not retain your site data beyond a reasonable transition period after cancellation.
Backups
We maintain daily automated backups as described in your plan. While we take backup integrity seriously, we cannot guarantee against all data loss scenarios. You are encouraged to maintain your own independent copies of critical content.
Uptime and Service Availability
We make reasonable efforts to maintain server uptime and will investigate and respond to outages promptly. We do not guarantee 100% uptime and are not liable for losses resulting from downtime caused by factors outside our reasonable control (hardware failure, upstream network issues, DDoS attacks, etc.).
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our hosting services for illegal activity, spam, malware distribution, or content that violates third-party rights. We reserve the right to suspend service immediately for violations of this provision.
Cancellation
Either party may cancel at any time. There are no contracts or long-term commitments. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the monthly fees paid for the affected service period. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
