Hosting + Management (Essential Care, Pro Care, Total Care): Your WordPress site lives on our servers. Hosting and full management are bundled into one monthly price. No separate hosting bill.

WP Management Only (Site Watch, Site Care): You keep your existing host. We connect to your WordPress site and handle all management (updates, security, backups) without moving anything. Content edits are included on Site Care and available at flat rates on Site Watch.

Site Edit Plans (Edit Starter, Edit Plus, Edit Unlimited): For any website platform. We handle your content updates on a flat monthly retainer. No WordPress required, no hosting change needed.

Our servers run the latest AMD EPYC processors with hundreds of gigabytes of RAM. Storage is NVMe SSD for the fastest possible read/write speeds. The web server and database layer are tuned specifically for WordPress, not generic configurations.

Your site is not shared with thousands of other sites. The server environment is kept lean so every site on it has real, usable resources.

No contracts. All plans are month-to-month. Cancel anytime. Your site is always yours and we'll provide a full export if you ever move on.

Yes. You can upgrade at any time. The change takes effect at your next billing cycle.

If you're on a WP Management Only plan and want to move to our hosting, we handle the migration as part of the transition. If you're on a Site Edit Plan and later want full WordPress management, we can discuss the right path forward at that point.

Yes. Full builds, redesigns of existing sites, rebuilds (including moves from other platforms to WordPress), and design refreshes are all available as custom-scoped projects. Our plans cover ongoing care of your site, but if you need a new site built or an existing one rebuilt or refreshed first, we handle that too.

WordPress is a content management system (CMS): software that runs on a web server and powers your website. It manages your content, your admin interface, and the themes and plugins that control your site's design and functionality.

It's the most widely used website platform in the world, powering roughly 43% of all websites, from personal blogs and portfolios to major publications. Most developers build on WordPress because of its flexibility and the massive ecosystem of plugins available for it.

The downside: like any software, it needs to be maintained. Core, plugin, and theme updates need to be applied regularly, security needs to be monitored, and plugin conflicts need to be caught before they break something. Left unmanaged, WordPress sites become slow, outdated, and vulnerable. That's the problem we solve.

It means we handle every operational aspect of your WordPress site. You never log in to WordPress yourself. When core, plugins, or themes need updating, we update them. When something breaks, we fix it. When you need a content change, you submit a request through our portal and we take care of it.

Most site owners pay for basic hosting and are then left to maintain WordPress on their own: updates, security, plugin conflicts, backups. That's what we take completely off your plate.

No. Blindly applying every update at once is a common cause of site breakage. We review updates for compatibility issues, apply them methodically, and verify the site is working correctly after each update cycle. Theme updates are applied carefully to avoid breaking your design.

We fix it. That's part of what you're paying for. Because we take a daily backup before performing updates, we can restore to a clean state if needed and work from there.

Through our client portal. You submit a request describing what you need, and we handle it. No sharing login credentials over email, no sending files back and forth. Everything is tracked in one place.

Content edits are updates within your existing site: text changes, image swaps, link updates, adding a testimonial, updating hours or pricing, navigation adjustments. These fall into our flat-rate tiers (Quick Edit, Standard Edit, Page Refresh).

Beyond those, New Page Builds are also flat-rate (from 4 credits; larger builds are quoted individually), while full redesigns, custom development, advanced functionality, and integrations are always quoted before any work begins. See the full edit rate table on the Plans page.

Turnaround depends on your plan:

• Site Watch / Essential Care: 4–6 business days
• Site Care: 3–5 business days
• Pro Care: 2–3 business days
• Total Care: 1–2 business days

Included monthly edit credits roll forward. Each one is valid for 12 months from when it was issued. You can save up for a busy month or use them as they come. Banked credits stay with you while your subscription is active and are forfeited if you cancel. If you need more than your plan includes in a given month, additional edits are billed at the standard flat rates.

Any platform. GoDaddy, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, Shopify, WooCommerce, WordPress, custom-built sites: if you can give us access, we can make edits. You don't need to change your hosting or move anything.

Site Edit Plans cover content updates only (text, images, links, and section changes) on any platform. They don't include WordPress management tasks like plugin updates, security monitoring, or backups.

WordPress management plans (Site Watch, Site Care, and the Hosting + Management plans) include those operational tasks as well, with content edits included on every plan except Site Watch (which offers edits at flat rates). If your site is on WordPress and you want full hands-off management, a WordPress plan is the better fit.

Unlimited tiers include unlimited Quick Edits and Standard Edits: routine content updates within your existing site design: text and copy changes, image swaps, link or button updates, section updates, adding or removing content blocks, and general content management.

Unlimited replaces the monthly credit allowance from lower tiers: instead of drawing down credits, Quick Edits and Standard Edits are simply included. Requests are handled one at a time in queue order, with each request following your plan's turnaround time.

Page Refreshes, New Page Builds, redesigns, custom functionality, advanced forms, integrations, or anything requiring development work are not included in the unlimited tiers. Page Refreshes and New Page Builds are billed at the flat rates on the Plans page (larger and custom work is quoted individually), and Edit Unlimited & Total Care subscribers get 25% off Page Refreshes, New Page Builds, and edit packs.

Through our client portal. You describe what you need (and attach any assets like images or copy), and we handle it from there. No emails back and forth, no shared login credentials passed over messages.

Yes. Our Edit Packs let you pre-pay for a bundle of edit credits and use them however you need: Quick Edits, Standard Edits, Page Refreshes, or any combination. Three tiers:

• Edit 3-Pack ($149): 3 credits, use within 3 months
• Edit 5-Pack ($229): 5 credits with priority queue, use within 8 months
• Edit 10-Pack ($449): 10 credits with priority queue, use within 12 months

Credits convert as: Quick Edit = 0.5 credit, Standard Edit = 1 credit, Page Refresh = 3 credits, New Page Build = 4+ credits (credits apply toward the quoted price). So a 3-Pack could be 3 Standard Edits, or 1 Page Refresh, or 6 Quick Edits, or any mix.

Subscriber discount: Edit Unlimited and Total Care subscribers save 25% on Page Refreshes, New Page Builds, and edit packs, applied automatically at checkout while the subscription is active.

Platform migrations (rebuilding a Wix or Squarespace or similar site as a WordPress site) are a separate project, not a standard service. These are scoped and quoted individually based on the complexity of the existing site. Get in touch with details and we'll let you know what's involved.

No. Our WP Management Only plans (Site Watch and Site Care) work with any WordPress host. You stay where you are. We connect remotely and manage your site from there.

If you later decide to move to our hosting, the migration is included with the transition to a Hosting + Management plan.

We handle the full migration from start to finish:

• Full backup of your existing site before anything is touched
• Files and database transferred to our servers
• Testing in a staging environment before any DNS changes
• DNS cutover coordinated to minimize downtime
• Email migrated if applicable
• Post-migration verification to confirm everything is working

We minimize downtime to the DNS propagation window, which is typically very short, often minutes, sometimes a few hours depending on your domain registrar and TTL settings. We coordinate the cutover timing with you and keep you informed throughout.

Migration is included at no extra cost when you join any Hosting + Management plan. If you need a standalone migration to another host or for a different reason, we can discuss that separately.

Plans are billed monthly. You'll be charged on the same date each month. There are no setup fees, no contracts, and no surprises: you pay the flat monthly rate for your plan.

No. The monthly plan price covers everything included in that plan: hosting, management, backups, support, and your included edit credits. Additional edits beyond your plan's included amount are billed at the flat rates listed on the Plans page. No other fees.

Credit and debit cards are the primary payment method. Get in touch if you have a specific billing need and we'll work with you.

Your site is always yours. If you're on a Hosting + Management plan and cancel, we provide a full export of your site files and database so you can move it anywhere you'd like. We don't hold your site hostage.

Pausing isn't a standard option since hosting costs are ongoing, but get in touch if your situation is unusual. We'd rather find a solution than lose you as a client.
